- Other - Last Call: The last call for this ambulance was made on June 26, 1975, at 6:00 PM at a residence in the 500 block of Narberth Avenue for a 74-year-old female who had fallen. The crew was Harvey Shaw, EMT, and Gil Cosnett, EMT.

- Other - purchase information and first call: This ambulance was originally a "demo model" (also originally painted entirely white). The Haddonfield Ambulance Association staff (EMTs and Board Members) were given the opportunity to evaluate and "test" this vehicle. This ambulance was ultimately purchased in the spring of 1975.
- First call: This ambulance went into service on June 25, 1975 and the first call was for a 16-year-old male struck by a car at Washington Ave. and West Summit Ave. (11:03 PM), The crew was EMT Gil Cosnett and EMT Harold Dorn.

1984 Ford/Braun "Short" Ambulance
(1984 - 1986)
